This public offer sets out the terms for using the Prezka service (prezka.ai) and paying for subscriptions and credits through the YooKassa acquirer. By paying for a subscription or credits you accept this offer, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

The provider grants access to the service's features for generating images, presentations and video with AI models. The set of features, available models and credit costs may change as the service evolves.

Payment is processed through YooKassa. A subscription is taken out for the selected period and renews automatically by charging the linked card until cancelled. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.

Credits for generations that failed or were rejected by model moderation are returned to your balance automatically. Other purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
